This way you don't pay for a design that isn't achievable within your budget.During design we consult our engineering dept. to keep ideas cost effective, or to deliver the hard news of it not being possible. Again ensuring that we don't design something that can't be built.

    We provide all drawings and documents required for submittal to planning and for building permits. We can provide documents for the client to secure the permits or secure them for the client who just "Want it taken care of!".
